Add a missed caller as a contact
Start from Elder Dialler history, then let Android Contacts own the save and edit operation.
- Press CALLS. Elder Dialler's private history opens while Elder Mode remains active.
- Find the missed caller. Check the displayed name or number and do not save a caller you do not recognise.
- Open the available history action. An add-contact action can be offered when the number is not already saved.
- Complete the save in Android Contacts. Elder Dialler does not request permission to write contacts.
- Return and check the correct phone-number row. A person with multiple numbers can appear as separate callable rows.
Assignments still require Normal Mode: unpin Elder Dialler before assigning the new number to a speed-dial position or ordered SOS list. Elder Mode suppresses those editing paths.
After Contacts refresh, Elder Dialler can use the saved identity for calling, contact matching and other configured features. Text remains available if no current photo resolves.
